Floor Delamination Repair
Our caravan had been suffering from a large area of delaminated floor. Caravanalia came out to us to examine the extent of the area that needed repair, and provided us with a quote there and then.
They turned up at the arranged time to carry out the work and took the time to cover our fixtures and fitting before starting the repair. They even vacuumed the van of completion. Great friendly service at a the right price.

Awning Fitting
We purchased a Kampa Rally 260 awning from Caravanalia in Llandudno in 2013. We had a leaky tap and happened to mention this to Jon. He arranged a site visit and showed us the range of taps that would suit our caravan. When he replaced the broken tap and even offer to help us put up our new awning. What more can we say. Fantastic service. We will be having them back to carry out our service in the new year.

Water Issue
Once again John at Caravanalia came to our rescue!! Since opening up the caravan for the season we have had nothing but problems all water related thanks to (An Other - Repairer) not draining properly or running to the taps (but we will say no more about that !!)
Although he is very busy he managed to make time for us and refitted a pump in the onboard tank. This is not the first time we have used (and praised) this company. No matter what the job , big or small , i highly recommend this company. John is competent , professional , honest punctual and reliable. He is always working a tight schedule so sometimes the wait can be weeks away but trust me his knowledge and workmanship is worth the wait. If he says he will call you back , be patient as he will get back to you. Once again thank you John.

Boiler Repair
Jon came out today to fix a faulty water heater on my dad's caravan. All I can say is what a truly great knowledgeable guy he is. He arrived at the exact time he said and sorted the water heater out within a short time. I would highly recommend him without a doubt. Thanks for the top notch service Jon. 👍
